LPK DeMolays and Masons Courtesy Call to RW Bro Avelino "Sonny" Razon at Crame: 28 March


Officers and Members of Ang Tipolo Lodge No.334 with members of Rizal Bodies, AASR and Lope K. Santos Chapter, Order of DeMolay, paid a visit to the Chief PNP, RW Avelino "Sonny" Razon last March 28 at his office at Camp Crame.


At least 20 delegates attended this activity. This event was made possible thru the efforts of Bro C/Insp Efren Fernandez.

ATL #334 & L K Santos DeMolay Chapter in Rizal Day Wreath Ceremony

Members of Ang Tipolo Lodge No.334, Lope K. Santos Chapter, Order of DeMolay, (Philippine Supreme Council) and Senior DeMolays in the area joined The Knights of Rizal, Taytay Municipal Government, and several other social and civic organizations, in the annual wreath laying ceremonies held at Taytay Municipal Hall, Taytay, Rizal last December 12, 2007.

Notable is the special mention of our Craft and the Order DeMolay by the Guest Speaker. In fact, our Fraternity was the only other group mentioned by the Speaker aside from the hosts; Knights of Rizal and Taytay Government. Also, our Craft and the DeMolays were the most represented in the ceremonies to the the delight of the Hosts and Guests.

L K Santos Chapter to Support Ang Tipolo Lodge Charity Drive & Christmas Party, Dec 16, 2007

This coming Sunday, December 16 at 7 am a gift giving at the Missionaries of Charity Orphanage, Sumulong HiWay, Antipolo City, is spearheaded by Ang Tipolo Lodge #334, and will be supported by members of the L K Santos Chapter, Order of DeMolay.

The event is headed by activity chairman Bro. Barney Gomez and ATL Worshipful Master, WBro Gustav Joseph O. Bocek.

Following above activity, at 8am; Ang Tipolo Lodge #334 Christmas Party with Rizal Bodies, AASR and Lope K. Santos (Order of DeMolay), family & ATL friends will be held at the Antipolo City Hall auditorium.

Activity chairmen VW Ferlu Sudario and Bro. Barney Gomez and WBro Gustav requests that brethren bring dishes and drinks as this is a Potluck event. Interested parties are also kindly requested to donate prizes (worth P50 to P100) for games and raffles.

Obligatory Ceremony

Members and officers of the Lope K Santos, Order of DeMolay; sponsored by Ang Tipolo Lodge #334, held a successful obligatory ceremony last Sunday, December 9 at the RCCI Building, Taytay, Rizal.

Members of the Advisory Council and brethren from Ang Tipolo Lodge were present to witness the proficiency of the new DeMolays.

National Treasure 2 Fund Raising, Jan 8, 2008


The Officers and Members of Lope K. Santos Chapter, Order of DeMolay, and Ang Tipolo Lodge No. 334 F&AM, invite you to a special screening of the movie: "National Treasure 2: Book of Secrets" on January 8, 2008 (6:30 P.M.) at SM Taytay-Cinema 2.
Tickets are priced at P300 each only. Gift Certificates from Club Manila East and other prizes will be raffled before and after the screening.
Proceeds from this activity will greatly assist the Lope K. Santos Chapter (Order of DeMolay) in its future charitable projects.. As well as member's Leadership trainings and other notable endeavors in line with the thrust of making its members future leaders of our society.

Father & Son Mason-DeMolay at Ang Tipolo Lodge & Lope K Santos Chapter



Worshipful Master, Bro Gustav Joseph O. Bocek of Ang Tipolo Lodge #334, F&AM, GLP; announced that his son, DeMolay Gustav Hanz was conferred the Initiatory and DeMolay Degrees last November 18, 2007 at the Institution and Installation Ceremonies of the Lope K. Santos Chapter, Order of DeMolay.

"I am now a very proud father of a DeMolay. This Chapter is sponsored by Ang Tipolo Lodge No. 334, my beloved Mother Lodge. Father and Son and Mason and DeMolay, all within the family." He was quoted as saying.

WBro. Gustav Joseph, is also a member of the Rizal Bodies, A&ASR and the Plaridel York Rite Bodies.

Congratulations to both father and son on this auspicious and historic occasion.

Famous Filipino Mason - Bro Lope K Santos

"Bro. Lope K. Santos was born on September 25, 1879 and died on May 1, 1963 at a ripe age of 86 years.

His Masonic records include that of being first Woshipful Master of Magat Lodge No. 68 in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya and was member of the Philippine Bodies.

Santos is a noted printer, newspaperman, editor of Muling Pagsilang, labor leader, last president of Union Obrrera Democrata which under him officially became the Union del Trabajo del Filipinas.

Author of socialistic novel entitled Banaag at Sikat (Rays and Sunshine) and textbooks titled Diwang Kayumanggi (Thougths and Ideas of the Brown Race), Director of the Suriang ng Wikang Pambansa, Governor of Rizal Province, and Senator of the Philippines.

His life was dedicated to the national aspiration of strengthening the country's values and ideals based on a language that is uniquely rooted in the local or Philippine language."
